How CoreGRealm works
You're the steady one
CoreGRealm turns a big idea around: instead of managing your own feelings, you help a small companion, Cyan, with theirs. In the Co-Regulation Loop, Cyan is somewhere on the feelings-wave — spinning up, at the peak, or starting to settle — and you choose a calm way to be with them (sit beside, hum, sway, a quiet word, patience). When your move meets where Cyan actually is, they settle a step. Being the calm for someone else is one of the best ways to learn to find your own.
No timer, no losing, no wrong feelings
A move that doesn't fit Cyan's moment doesn't hurt them — it just doesn't land yet, and you get a gentle nudge to look again at where Cyan is. There's nothing to lose and no clock. The Reflection Journal is a private place to notice what you saw in Cyan — it only ever asks what you noticed, never how you "performed."
Everything stays private
It all happens on this device. No accounts, no sign-in, no ads, no tracking. Your progress and every journal note live in this browser's local storage and are never sent or shared anywhere. Clear your browser data and it's gone.
Meet the cast
CoreGRealm's characters each carry part of the co-regulation story, with illustrated chapters (and audio) on the cast page — stories that sit beside the practice, never in the middle of it.
