About PrismForge Play
How it works
PrismForge turns optics into things you do — not just facts to memorize.
- Optics Bench — first predict what the light will do, then set a lens, mirror, or prism on a dark bench and watch a real ray-trace. Bend a beam into glass, aim a mirror, focus rays to a point, or split white light into a rainbow — until the ray reaches the target.
- Spectrum Explorer — put the electromagnetic spectrum in order from radio waves to gamma rays, discover what color each wavelength of light looks, and mix colors of light and paint (red + green light makes yellow — not brown!).
- Concept kits — 16 short question rounds, from the basics of light and reflection up through refraction, prisms, the spectrum, wave optics, lenses, fiber optics, and advanced synthesis.
Meet the cast
Mirror, Bend, Spread, Focus, and Tint each stand for one behavior of light — reflection, refraction, dispersion, lens action, and color. You can read their stories and hear them on the cast page.
Our privacy promise
PrismForge Play is free, works offline, and collects nothing. No accounts, no ads, no tracking, and no data ever leaves your device — your level and streak are saved only in this browser.
Mistakes are part of it
You never lose anything for a wrong answer or a missed prediction. A wrong turn just points you toward the right idea next time — that's how real science works too.
