How it works

ReelForge turns film craft into things you can direct — not just facts to memorize.

• Shot Composer — a director gives you a feeling to create, like "make the hero look powerful." You pick the framing, camera angle, or lighting, and the viewfinder shows your choice instantly. A wrong pick explains the feeling instead of taking points away.
• Shot Sequencer — drag storyboard frames into the best order to tell a story: set the scene, build the tension, land the reaction. Then meet the Kuleshov effect — where the very next shot changes what a blank face seems to feel.
• Concept kits — 16 short question rounds, from the fundamentals of visual storytelling up to a master-filmmaker capstone: camera, lighting, editing, sound, and story.
